Wow! A year & a half has come and gone. God has truly blessed us & has continually been faithful through all of our highs & lows. There are many reasons that caused me to hit the pause button on blogging, one being that it got very overwhelming and emotional, especially after our first trip to Ethiopia. I wanted to start writing again to record as many details of our adoption as we can remember, for God's glory and for our family to know. There are so many amazing things that He did. I have never felt so close to God because I have never had to look up & seek Him like I did during this process. I understand why He allows trials to come, because it really is for the good of our soul. I will be rewinding to finish the details that got us to Malia & Ruthie. I am not only sharing about our adoption, there is so much more than just that. Not only was God taking care of us then, He is taking care of us now.
