Yod Abyssinia

Our last night out before we were to travel south was a FUN night! We went to a restaurant very rich in the Ethiopian culture and traditions, "Yod Abyssinia." Our group sat around a small round table that was only big enough to hold our drinks. We had to hold our plates. While we ate our dinner, the restaurant had a group of dancers that performed some traditional Ethiopian dances and songs. We had so much fun that our friend, D.J. Matt (who was really a D.J.) played his tunes back at the guest house and we had our own dance party...American style (we tried some Ethiopian moves and trust me, it is harder than it looks!). That footage is in a vault for us only LOL!
